We have a large stock of main parts and consumables of our major models. Normally, for parts that have a lower frequency for replacement, we make arrangements after orders are received.

We are sorry, but we do not rent out parts, in principle.

At what pace should we conduct maintenance and inspections on the compressor?

The User Manual contains basic information related to the compressor. This will be provided to you when the compressor is delivered, so please refer to it as needed.
There are many cases in which daily inspections by customers can prevent machine malfunctions in advance. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

How long is the delivery period for compressor parts for which the High Pressure Gas Safety Act is applicable?

ANSWER

Parts with a design pressure of 5.0 MPa or higher must undergo a certification test, so the delivery period is longer than regular parts. We do not have parts that have passed the certification test in stock because of the period of validity. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
